Requirements for Study

The issuance of the Certificate is conditional upon the payment of fees for study in a LL programme.
If an attendee of a LL programme carried out within an accredited degree programme becomes a student in compliance with the law, the credits s/he has acquired in such a programme may be recognized to him/her upon his/her request and that up to 60% of the credits required for proper completion of studies to which s/he has been admitted (§ 60 Paragraph 2 of Act No. 111/1998 on Higher Education Institutions).
The request shall be considered by the Rector or by the Dean after the relevant Degree Programme Board has commented on it. The decision shall adhere to § 68 of Act No. 111/1998 on Higher Education Institutions.
