TBU Christmas Tree Lighting Up Ceremony
26. November 2019Dear colleagues, dear students,
please accept our invitation to attend the traditional pre-Christmas event organized in cooperation with the TBU Student Union, the TBU Christmas Tree Lighting Up Ceremony, to be held in front of the building of the Faculty of Management and Economics (U2) in Mostní Street in Zlín on Tuesday, 3 December 2019. As always, you can look forward to many creative workshops for children as well as refreshments – sausage, tea or mulled wine. Please bring your own mug for drinks, we want to be environmentally friendly.
At the very beginning, we will have an opportunity to enjoy a cultural performance by children from the TBU Nursery School Qočna. After the actual lighting up ceremony, you will have a good time listening to pop and swing songs and songs from films and musicals performed by the Crowses band from the Primary School of Arts Štefánikova Zlín composed of young musicians. Saint Nicholas accompanied by angels and devils will definitely be present, giving presents to the children. In conclusion, you can watch the fairy tale movie “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory” in the Otto Wichterle Hall. Afterwards, an aftershow party will be held for students in the Block 12.
