European Sustainable Development Week | Education and Awareness for Sustainability
3. September 2026Start the new semester with the ESDW Festival, taking place at Tomas Bata University from 21 to 25 September 2026 as part of European Sustainable Development Week. This year’s theme is Education and Awareness for Sustainability. The programme will feature lectures, workshops, local food tastings, activities focused on healthy lifestyles, mental health and safety, as well as practical tips for living more sustainably every day.
The festival will bring together the environmental, economic and social dimensions of sustainable development and, for the first time, will also offer selected lectures to universities across the Czech Republic through shared online content.

📍 Where: The main programme will take place in the atrium in front of the Library in the Rectorate building (U13).
