Assoc. Prof. Adámek Assumed the Office of TBU Rector
15. December 2022On 15 December 2022, Assoc. Prof. Milan Adámek assumed the office of Rector of Tomas Bata University in Zlín (TBU).
Assoc. Prof. Adámek was elected the candidate to be appointed as the TBU Rector at a meeting held by the Academic Senate on 20 September 2022. He was appointed to the office by Miloš Zeman, President of the Czech Republic, on 9 November 2022.
The term of office of a Rector is four years, therefore, Assoc. Prof. Adámek will lead the University until December 2026.
