Join the TBU Christmas Tree Lighting Up Ceremony from the Comfort of Your Home
6. December 2021Tomas Bata University in Zlín and the TBU Student Union are delighted to invite you to join the online streaming of the traditional Christmas Tree Lighting Up ceremony, starting at 4:30pm on Tuesday, 7 December 2021.
The livestream is going to be broadcasted on the Facebook page of Tomas Bata University and the TBU Student Union. Workshops intended for children will be held via MS Teams.
The Christmas tree will be switched on by Prof. Ing. Vladimír Sedlařík, Ph.D., Rector of TBU, and by Mgr. Adam Utíkal, President of the Student Union. Online attendees to the event will have the opportunity to participate in workshops and various activities, such as singing carols. The event will be also attended by Saint Nicholas and his helpers. Attendees will have a chance to win valuable prizes in a Christmas contest (see the Instagram page of the TBU Student Union).
