Petra Jungová Appointed as Bursar of TBU in Zlín
1. October 2025From 1 October 2025, Mgr. Petra Jungová, LL.M., will assume the position of Bursar at Tomas Bata University in Zlín. She joins TBU from Palacký University in Olomouc, where she served for many years as the Head of the Public Procurement Department. Between 2021 and 2024, she also held the position of Bursar there.
Petra Jungová graduated from the Faculty of Law at Palacký University and has dedicated her entire professional career to the public sector, specialising particularly in public procurement, asset management and financial administration. At TBU, she aims to build on the ongoing development of the university in Zlín, focusing on transparent financial management, digitisation of processes and efficient use of financial resources. “The economic and operational management of the university should support all academics and researchers, as well as all other staff members and, not least, the students. My ambition is for TBU to have a stable financial foundation along with flexible tools for its further development. My door is open to anyone,” says Petra Jungová.
