Postdoctoral Researcher and Academic Position in Business and Economics – FaME

announces a new postdoctoral research and academic position.
The position is co-funded by the local government (Zlín Region).
What does this position entail?
- Active project participation at the Faculty of Management and Economics.
- You will be integrated into already running research projects and also involved in preparing new research projects.
- You will also participate in the search for new challenges and partners for contract research.
- Other activities may include educational activities according to your contract type and expertise.
Your tasks will include:
- Publishing research outcomes in high-quality academic journals
- active participation and organization of professional conferences, seminars, and workshops
- optional teaching and supervision
Positions are offered in four major areas:
- Economics and Management
- Business and Finance
- Economics
- Industrial Engineering.
Requirements:
- completed doctorate (Ph.D.) study program no more than five years before the application was submitted, or expected Ph.D. defense in the first half of 2024
- publication activity in the field,
- suitability of the topic of the defended dissertation for the required position,
- previous participation in project activities,
- foreign mobilities as part of master’s or doctoral studies,
- prerequisites for pedagogical and research work,
- interest in education and professional growth,
- communication and teamwork skills,
- active knowledge of the English language,
- moral and civic integrity.
