Assoc. Prof. Zuzana Tučková Has Been Appointed New Dean of the FLCM
19. October 2018The youngest faculty of Tomas Bata University in Zlín, the Faculty of Logistics and Crisis Management, will be led by doc. Ing. Zuzana Tučková, Ph.D., former Vice-Dean for Research and Development and International Relations, from 4 November 2018. Assoc. Prof. Tučková has been appointed to the office of Dean by Prof. Ing. Petr Sáha, CSc., TBU Rector, in accordance with the results of the election held by the Academic Senate of the FLCM.
The Faculty of Logistics and Crisis Management will celebrate the 10th anniversary of its establishment next year. At present, the Faculty has approximately 700 students and 40 employees. The Faculty is quite unique in the Czech Republic with regard to its specialization. It offers degree programmes focused on population protection, crisis management and environmental security.
