Attendees to Courses Held within the University of the Third Age Receive Their Certificates

July 2022After a two-year pause due to the pandemic, senior students of the University of the Third Age (U3A) had the opportunity to attend in person the closing ceremony organized to mark the completion of their studies. The closing ceremony was held on 28 June 2022 in the renovated TBU Assembly Hall in Mostní Street in Zlín.
A total of 70 senior graduates attended the ceremony, during which they received their Certificates of the Completion of the University of the Third Age at TBU in Zlín. The event was interspersed with a musical performance by Ms Lenka Kadeřábková, U3A student, and an exhibition of pictures painted by the seniors who completed the visual arts course within the U3A. The event was also attended by PaedDr. Alena Gajdůšková, Deputy Chairperson of the Board of Governors of Tomas Bata University in Zlín.
