Implementation measures for the period 2025–2026
- Develop a Plan for Electronization and Digitization at TBU, including the identification of necessary equipment and budget
- Prepare a Plan for the Digitization of Study Materials at TBU
Sustainability at TBU in 2024
In 2024, the following specific activities were successfully implemented in the area of the digitization and digitalization of processes contributing to the reduction of the economic burden of process management, administrative burden, and environmental impact, as well as the streamlining of TBU administration:
- The electronic approval process for supplier invoices was deployed into SAP production (fully functional across all university units).
- A solution for a new method of approving purchase order requests in accordance with legislation was prepared for deployment in the SAP production environment.
- A solution for the electronic tracking of personal protective equipment in accordance with legislation was prepared in the SAP test environment.
- Students were issued electronic study certificates with the UTB electronic seal in IS/STAG.
- The integration of IS/STAG and e-Spis with the functional KzMÚ module and electronic document signing/sealing was completed, thereby finalizing the transition to a fully electronic applicant/student file.
- Regular employee training sessions are conducted on how to use selected newly implemented digital systems.
