Basic Rules and Information about the T-Mobile Benefit Programme:
- Can be used for up to 5 member phone numbers + 4 landline services (internet, TV).
- The service is always registered under the member’s NATIONAL ID NUMBER, and the member then extends the benefits summarized below to their immediate family and friends…. The condition is that the service must be registered in the member’s name—that is, the name of the UTB employee.

- The free “Always Online” service—once you’ve used up your data allowance, your data connection won’t be cut off; instead, the transfer speed will be reduced to 256 kB/s, which is sufficient for everyday data usage (apps like Waze, WhatsApp, IDOS, etc.).
- All of our plans now include the SECURITY service at no extra charge—it ensures secure network operation.
- FREE calls throughout the entire corporate network.
- UNLIMITED DATA ON WEEKENDS – With the NEXT 8 GB and NEXT 12 GB plans, you’ll enjoy unlimited data at maximum speed every weekend of the year.
- 5G technology for all tariff plans.
- 15% discount on all fixed-line services (internet, TV).
- Magenta 1 – You can receive an additional 10–25% discount on top of the T-Mobile Benefit prices if you have two or more services priced at over 399 Kč (including VAT) per service. Detailed information and terms and conditions are provided in the attachment or at https://www.t-mobile.cz/magenta.

To conclude the contract, you will need proof of identity (ID card, second ID, passport or a trade/business certificate).
Payment Terms and Billing:
When signing the participation contract, you can choose how you wish to receive your invoices – either by email or by post. Alternatively, you can use the My T-Mobile app on your phone.

- I received an invoice and there is an error. What should I do?

- I currently have all my family members’ phone numbers under the previous CellBest s.r.o. employee programme. Do I have to transfer them to the new T-Mobile Benefit Programme, or can I continue with CellBest?
- Users of the older employee programme managed directly by CellBest s.r.o. will for now continue under this programme. However, the older programme will gradually be phased out, and users with a larger number of family SIM cards will eventually be transferred to the new T-Mobile Benefit Programme, depending on the capacity of CellBest s.r.o.
- I currently have some numbers with CellBest and some with T-Mobile. Can I keep both?
- It is no longer possible to use both employee programmes simultaneously. Employees currently participating in both will need to transfer the phone numbers managed under CellBest to the programme managed by T-Mobile.

Beyond the data processed to provide services, we also process information about your participation in the T-Mobile Benefit and details about your employer who allows access to this programme. To verify your eligibility for the T-Mobile Benefit, T-Mobile may confirm with your employer that the required conditions are met. Your employer, for the purpose of fulfilling contractual conditions and maintaining programme records, has access to the following personal data of participants: name, surname, phone number and internal identifier assigned by the employer.
