Blocked eduroam account
In the event of a breach of the rules governing the use of the eduroam Wi-Fi network, or if a security incident is detected, a user account may be temporarily blocked. A block may be imposed, for example, due to suspicious network activity, a threat to the security of the account or device, or in connection with a breach of the network’s terms of use.
Information regarding the suspension of your account will be displayed once you log in to the user account management portal.
What should I do if my account is blocked?
If your account has been blocked and you are unable to connect to the eduroam network, please contact the Security Department, who will help you identify the reason for the block and resolve the issue with you.

How will the deadlock be resolved?
The next steps depend on the cause of the block. In the event of a security incident, it may be necessary to review the security of the user account or the connected device. Access can be restored once the situation has been assessed and the cause of the block has been resolved in accordance with the applicable rules.
Until the issue has been resolved, please do not attempt to circumvent the block by using another account or by any other means.
