22nd Gala Ball of TBU in Zlín
22. January 2024Dear employees, dear students, do you want to experience what it is like “When The Gods Dance”? If the answer is YES, then the 22nd Gala Ball of Tomas Bata University in Zlín is a perfect event for you. You will have the opportunity to dance through a night of unforgettable moments. The Gala Ball will be held in the Congress Centre in Zlín on Friday, 16 February 2024.
You can look forward to a rich supporting programme featuring a midnight surprise, delicious food and drinks. The host, actor and singer Milan Peroutka, will guide you throughout the evening. A ball is not a ball without music, of course. Classical music will be played by the Prestige Symphony Orchestra, while an assortment of popular music genres will be played by the SIMPLY THE SHOW band. Dress code will include shades of green, gold and white.
To help you shorten the wait until the Gala Ball, we have prepared the following interesting activities:
- 30 January 2024 – Dionysus School of Sparkling Wines organized in cooperation with the World of Bubbles (Svět bublin) and a karaoke show (Places will be limited and reservations must be made in advance.)
- 8 February 2024 – Apollon School of Dance (Reservations must be made in advance.)
So whether you are a mortal, a demigod or Zeus himself, you simply cannot miss out on the one-in-a-thousand-year event! You can buy tickets in the Rectorate building (U13) from 29 January 2024, namely: standing tickets for CZK 350, seating tickets for CZK 500, and seating tickets including a banquet voucher for CZK 750. Please note: Only cash payments will be accepted.
