Do you want to know how to do business in the hospitality industry (hotels, catering, gastronomy and tourism)? Have you always wanted to be like Emeril Lagasse or Gordon Ramsay? Our entrepreneurship courses will prepare you well for starting your own business and courses on legislation will keep you from getting into legal trouble. Culinarily you will learn about the production and analysis of traditional dishes and about specialties from all over the world. You will also get the hang of molecular gastronomy. Some lectures are devoted to a healthy lifestyle and organic food. It is up to you if you want to become an ordinary employee or a director of your own enterprise after graduation. The most important thing is you can exceed in both of these options thanks to the variety of taken courses.
