Booking Your Stay

How to make a reservation:

  1. Go to the booking system at http://portas.utb.cz. There you can check the lodge’s availability (log in using your Active Directory credentials).
  2. Choose your preferred date and rooms.
  3. Click on the first day of your stay and select the first chosen room.
  4. A window titled “Vytváření rezervace” (Create Reservation) will open.
    • Use the button “Změnit pokoj/vybrat více pokojů” (Change room/Select multiple rooms) to choose all required rooms.
    • Set the start and end dates of your stay.
    • Enter your mobile phone number.
    • Click “Vytvořit” (Create) in the bottom-right corner.
  5. Your reservation is now complete. You will receive a confirmation email, and your reservation will appear in the booking system (highlighted in yellow).
  6. The reservation must be paid within 30 days of being made.
    • The confirmation email includes a file titled “Seznam účastníků pobytu” (List of Participants) – please complete and print out this form.
    • Take the printed form to the TBU Cash Office in building U13, Zlín.
    • You will receive an email reminder after 21 days if payment has not yet been made.
  7. Once payment is received, your reservation will be approved by the accommodation manager and will appear as confirmed in the booking system (highlighted in blue).

The employee who has made the reservation – whether for themselves or for a group – is responsible for the entire group and for maintaining general order throughout the stay. Guests are expected to coordinate the cleaning of shared areas and to clean their own rooms before departure.

Keys to the Portáš Lodge will be prepared by the lodge manager and can be collected at the reception of building U13 before your stay. Bed linen can be picked up in the cloakroom next to Restaurant U13. The employee who collected the keys and bed linen is also responsible for returning them no later than three working days after the end of the stay.
