Scholarships
Doctoral scholarships
Full-time doctoral students can apply for a scholarship only after they have been successfully admitted to study at Tomas Bata University in Zlín. In order to receive a scholarship, students must first apply for it (application forms will be sent to you upon your request by the Admission Officer together with final admission documents). All first-year doctoral students in full-time mode are eligible for scholarships awarded by the Rector (presently CZK 11,250 per month which equals CZK 135,000 per year). Remember that you must submit the application within 30 days of your acceptance to study at TBU. Starting from the second year, doctoral degree students can apply for a scholarship awarded by their faculty (please contact the International Office of your faculty to request information regarding conditions and the application process).
Bachelor’s and Master’s scholarships
Presently, due to a growing numbers of doctoral students, we unfortunately have no more funds for the support of Master’s and Bachelor’s students (please contact your Faculty Coordinator for more information on scholarship possibilities of the particular faculty).
