Course Offer

Our course offer for exchange students is published online on our website.  Particularly there you can find all available courses for exchange students on each faculty of TBU.

Documents Required from All Applicants

The documents mentioned below are required from all applicants, no matter if they are coming for the Erasmus+ or Freemover program.

  • Copy of the student identity card 
  • Transcript of Records
  • CV
  • Portfolio – obligatory only for students with specialization in Arts (Visual and Audiovisual Arts)
Additional Documents Required for Erasmus+ Students

Students coming under the Erasmus+ program are obliged to submit the following document:

  • Online Learning Agreement (OLA)

OLA is prepared in the Erasmus Without Paper (EWP) system of the applicant’s home university. After the OLA is prepared and fully signed on the applicant’s side, it is automatically transferred to TBU via the EWP network. Once the OLA is transferred TBU will revise it.

Additional Documents Required for Freemover Students

Freemover students must submit two below-mentioned documents:

  • Student Application Form (SAF)
  • Learning Agreement (LA)

So both documents can be filled in and afterward printed from the TBU informational system  “Portál “.  Additionally, to help you with your orientation in the system and to give you step-by-step assistance, we prepared the Manual for Exchange Incoming Students.

Application Deadlines
  • Winter/fall semester, or the whole academic year
    •  May 1 (non-EU nationals), June 1 (EU nationals)
  • Summer/spring semester
    •  October 1 (non-EU nationals), November 1 (EU nationals)
